The name Forward Gallery is inspired by the FORWARD moto used on the Birmingham Coat of Arms.Our History
Forward Gallery was founded in Moseley, a suburb of Birmingham, in 2010.The gallery started by representing several locally based artists, many of whom are now internationally collected, including Rick Garland, Horace Panter and Danny Howes.
The business relocated to a new space in Birmingham’s city centre in 2015. At this point we began adding works by some of the biggest names of the 20th Century, including Andy Warhol, Damien Hirst, Banksy and Bridget Riley, building our reputation as International Art Dealers.
With over 30 years collective experience the gallery team are committed to moving forward with our support for both artists and collectors, continuing to bring the best of today’s contemporary art world to Birmingham
