Stephen Earl Rogers' watercolour self-portrait has been accepted into the Sunday Times Watercolour competition.  The exhibition will take place in September in the Mall Gallery in London.  As the artist says, 'it is a pleasing result, because it was my first ever attempt at watercolour'.
