On Saturday 21st July, Danny Howes held a highly successful painting session live in the gallery, as part of his exciting new exhibition 'Twelve Portraits'.  Danny has created 12 portraits in just 12 days, and the process has been live-streamed on Instagram.  He gained national recognition in 2018 when he reached the final of Sky Arts Portrait Artist of the Year, and his ability to capture the likeness and personality of a sitter when under pressure of time delighted millions of viewers.
